Chipotle Grilled Tuna Steaks... in a BLT!!!

So, as I realize it's meatless Monday, I'm guessing this doesn't really count as "meatless", since we're putting tuna on the grill... but meatless or not, you should make this incredible Tuna steak sandwich for some lean, mean protein packed deliciousness!! I started with these tuna steaks, simple frozen tuna steaks that I thawed and brushed with a little olive oil. Then I seasoned with salt, garlic powder, and my favorite chipotle seasoning mix! If you don't have this delicious magic seasoning mix, you could do without... or add some smoked paprika and crushed red pepper flakes instead. Next I grilled these steaks for about 2 minutes on each side on high heat on the grill. So quick and too easy to be this good!! They cook quick and will be perfect in our BLT's tonight!! So, to join these spectacular tuna steaks, we have lettuce greens, tomato, and aforementioned... BACON!! This is getting less and less meatless by the minute!! But... IT'S BACON!!! So we're putting it in our sandwich! Dinner Stevie's way, one slammin' tasty BLT.... toasted ciabatta roll, filled with our grilled tuna steaks, topped with fresh greens, tomato, and crispy, smoky, salty bacon!!! Dinner my way... Soft Chipotle Tuna Tacos with fresh greens, shredded carrots, and cucumber... and anything you'd like! If you have avocado, slaw, or a favorite topping... add it! So much fresh grilled, healthy tasty goodness! Maybe not so "meatless"... but definitely full of lean tuna protein and nutrition! Soooo good! Love your Tuna... and it will love you back!!
